PictureMade some stew this weekend, made a quite a lot of stew actually, I've been eating it for days. That meat made the stew what it was, it was some of the choicest, tenderest chuck roast I've ever had. It was perfectly marbled and made a nice hearty stew. Perfect for those cold Miami summer nights....



Some photos from a recent trip Brest, France in Brittany. Went for a hike around Cap de al Chevre and Pt. St. Matthieu, which has a ruin of a 13th century monastery and a modern light house.

Road Trippin'

Went on a road trip across the country.  We were going from San Diego to Miami, but decided to take the long way round and see what there was to see.  San Diego to Washington; Washington to Boston; Boston to Miami.  I'd recommend it, but maybe take a car bigger than a Camry.
